Man Who Prophesied His Car Business Gets IVM G5 and Salary For Life from Innoson

Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.
The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one. According to Dr Chukwuma during the presentation of the car, he recalled on how Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe all the way from Kano blocked him at the front of his house early in the morning and told him he has a message for him.
Mr Osakwe went on to narrate a dream he had about him, how he saw in the said dream his vehicle manufacturing company known as CAP PLC. “He told me that CAP means Chukwuma Automobile Productions. Immediately he said that I laughed him to scorn and left him immediately.
After some years when I established the first motorcycle assembly plant, he came back again to remind me of that dream again and told me that I will still manufacture vehicles. Of a truth it was after I had established my vehicle manufacturing plant that I realized that his prophecy was real.

This week I signed an MOU with TAXI PLUS all the way from MALI to supply about 400 vehicles to Mali and I then recalled that Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe prophesied as far back as 1979 that I will be the first indigenous vehicle manufacturing company to sell cars to other African countries. I shed tears of joy and said this can only be the hand of God. That is why I have invited him to let him know that his prophecy has been fulfilled. I have decided to give him a Brand new IVM G5 SUV and pay him a monthly salary for life. I want to encourage him to keep serving His God”.
The presentation of the vehicle was witnessed by the members of Osakwe’s family, friends and relatives. The presentation was done by Chief Gabriel Chukwuma, (Gabros), immediate elder brother to Dr Innocent Chukwuma who equally was a witness in 1979 when the prophecy was given.

In his vote of thanks, Mr Osakwe expressed gratitude to Dr Chukwuma and further told him that more great things will still happen to him and IVM. He prayed for Dr Chukwuma and told him that the Grace of God that has brought him this far will continue to see him through till IVM becomes a dominant force in Africa.

Apostle Suleman Urges Nigerian to pray for Buhari

Apostle Johnson Suleiman, has called on Nigerians to pray for President Buhari's quick recovery. While delivering a sermon in his Edo-state based church recently, the clergyman said it was irresponsible for anyone to wish their ailing leader dead.
"It is an irresponsible thing for people to be wishing a president death. Nobody who has a good heart, would be wishing a leader death. You don't wish your leader death. Nigerians should be careful. Only God has the power of life and death. Stop wishingthe President death. If your husband is sick do you wish him death? Do you know that man is somebody's husband? If your father is sick do you wish him death? That is somebody's father...and you are wishing him death. I know this thing I am saying now some Christians wouldn't like it. Stop wishing him death. Pray for his health. Life belongs to God. Don't wish any leader death. Only an irresponsible country wishes their leader death"he said
The clergyman spoke on the importance of peace and also prayed for peace in the North, South, East and

Jesus’ image allegedly appears on church wall in Ikorodu

Reports have said that crowd up to 400 a day have been trooping to a church in the Ikorodu axis of Lagos state to make supplications to an alleged image of Jesus.
The image, believed to be the face of Jesus, reportedly appeared on a wall in a church called the Holy Ghost Fire Apostolic Church, Ogunse Estate, Sagamu Road, Ikorodu, Lagos state. Residents of the area as well as church members have been swarming the sight of the alleged miracle since an artisan raised alarm and called the attention of people to it.
Apparently, the uncompleted building of the church actually has a water stained wall which took the shape of a face and many have termed it to be the face of Jesus appearing on a wall.
Worshippers and residents of the area visited the church individually and in groups, praying and singing to God, while some transporters seized the opportunity to hike their fares.
The worshipers were seen dropping sachets and bottles of water by the wall, while others knelt down or touched the image praying aloud.
The construction work at the church has also been put on hold due to the number of pilgrims turning up to catch a glimpse of the image

Lions Saves Christians from Execution on Easter Sunday

This is an amazing  story of God’s intervening hand to save his people and He is always on time.
Pastor Paul Ciniraj, Director of Bibles for Mideast, says that he and other Christians were rescued from the clutches of death by a group of three lions. Ciniraj and his group were under attack from Islamic militants when the giant cats attacked and scared the murderous group away.
According to the report delivered to WorldNetDaily.Com ( WND )  It was Easter Sunday, and the pastor was recovering in the home of friends in a forested area near where his group has been working.
“Suddenly, a group of militants reached the house, armed with steel bars and other weapons,” he reported to WND.
In the home with him were others, including a woman aged 80, several children under the age of 4 and a woman seven months pregnant.
“Losing all hope, we thought for sure this was our last day,” he said.

But while the group was praying, he reported a strange occurrence.
“Completely unexpectedly, a lion ran from the forest, leapt toward the militants, and seized one by the neck. When other combatants tried to attack the lion, two other lions bounded toward them. The terrified militants fled the site, and the lions left us completely alone,” he said.
“Equally astonishing, records show no lions are supposed to live in that forest,” he said.
He reported he had been approaching the closing of a 21-day period of fasting and prayer.
“As that drew to a close, more than 3,000 former Muslims were baptized in many of our churches in Asia, Africa and the Middle East. The Lord enabled me to baptize many people during this time,” he said.
But while he was at one of the church locations, “militants began stoning me and our group”.
“My head was severely injured and bloodied, and a number of others sustained injuries as well,” he said.He was hospitalized, but he feared for his health and life there, so he went to the forest home of a local pastor, he said.

Although this news happened some days ago, precisely on Easter Sunday! Resurrection Day! The Risen Lord showed his mighty hand at work in the lives of His witnesses in adversaries.
God is a refuge in time of distress as in Psalm 91; He who goes to the Lord for protection shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty….A thousand shall fall at my side ,ten thousand at my right side but I will not be harmed….only with my eyes shall I behold the downfall of the wicked….It is a call to remind all Christians that God is with us. His grace is sufficient. He will never forsake His own.
May the Risen Lord continue to deliver His children from the hands of the evil ones and may He grant pardon to His enemies. Let us continue spreading the word and praying for our lost brethren.

Controversial N42m Tithe Paid to Benue Church Bishop Kukah Speaks Out

Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese, Bishop Matthew Kukah, says  the anti-corruption effort of President Mohammadu Buhari lacks proper understanding of the enemy for going after church who receieved a tithe of N42m recently. He described the controversial N42m tithe paid into a church account in Benue state as ‘chicken feed’ comparing it with money squandered by politicians.

He made this statement at a recent interview with the Punch. Kukah was asked of his opinion of the said sum being paid to a church when the society is filled with people who are in need of basic amenities.

Investigations by the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Makurdi revealed that the money was paid into the UBA account of the NKST Church High Level Makurdi. NKST is an abbreviation for ‘Non go Kristu U Sudan hen Tiv’, meaning the Church of Christ Amongst the Tiv.

He said: “This (N42m tithe) is ‘chicken feed’ compared to what contractors and businessmen and women are paying to corrupt church men, who are largely partners in crime and claim to be praying for rich people.
“So, it is important to check and cross-check your facts. You should educate us by telling us what really happened now that the right hand knows what the left is doing.”
Kukah said that the president’s mindset was still that of the military days.
The cleric insisted that he is against the use of the word “war” as a strategy to fight corruption.
Kukah also expressed sadness that even with the adoption of the word by the government in tackling corruption, the desired results are yet to be achieved.
According to him, the fact that the national assembly and the executive could not agree on a pick for Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) chairman, spoke poorly of the government’s anti-corruption efforts.

Christian Baker Refuses To Quit On Not Making Gay Wedding Cakes

Baker Jack Phillips of Masterpiece Cakeshop in Lakewood, Colorado has refused to back down on his decision not to make wedding cakes for gay couples despite government punishment.

The baker is waiting for the Supreme Court to decide whether to weigh in on his case, as he’s been locked in a tough legal battle with the Colorado Civil Rights Commission for the past five years. The agency ruled that his cake refusal was in violation of anti-discrimination laws and punished him accordingly.

Phillips said his opposition is based on his biblical view of marriage, with the baker proclaiming that he would similarly reject cakes with “offensive written messages and cakes celebrating events or ideas that violate his beliefs, including cakes celebrating Halloween, anti-American or anti-family themes, atheism, racism, or indecency,” as previously reported.

The baker’s legal battle first touched off in July 2012 when couple Charlie Craig and David Mullins approached him to make a cake for their same-sex ceremony and he “politely declined.” The couple filed a complaint with the state’s civil rights commission and are now represented by the American Civil Liberties Union.

So far, the Supreme Court has delayed making a decision on hearing the case, but it is noteworthy that the justices previously declined to hear a similar case in 2014 involving a New Mexico photographer yet have continued to weigh whether to take up Phillips’ battle

According to his attorneys with the Alliance Defending Freedom, a conservative legal firm, Phillips was forced to engage in “re-educating his staff and filing quarterly ‘compliance’ reports for two years.”

Attorneys for Phillips argue that no American should be forced to use creative or artistic expression if doing so violates his or her conscience, as this baker has claimed it does.

Lagos Seals Church for Contravening Building Law

Lagos Seals Church for Contravening Building Law

The Lagos State Government approved the sealing of a Lekki based Church, This Present House, for constructing without title documents and requisite building permit in contravention of the Lagos State Regional and Urban Planning Law 2010.
In a press release issued on Monday by the Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, the Government stated that it would not fold its arms and watch a brazen contravention of the law that could result in endangering the lives and property of Lagos state residents.
The Commissioner explained that the said church has no Planning Permit to embark on such a massive construction without due process, adding also that the church fence stands in the Right of Way of Freedom Road (currently under construction) and is directly under the high-tension wires.
“While government appreciates citizens rights to freedom of worship, the law stipulates a minimum of 15meters setback from the high tension wire to the property line. This church neglected and has refused to comply with the Statutory Notice served, as such the State Government must protect its citizens in order to mitigate against avoidable disasters.”
The statement reiterated the State Government’s position against illegal development and warns against owners or developers who engage in building without planning approval.

In this regard, the State Government issued a 30-day ultimatum to owners/developers of buildings without Planning Permit in the State to ensure that they comply with its Planning laws within the stipulated time.
The Commissioner also called for understanding and cooperation of the general public as the implementation of the Planning laws is for the benefit of all the residents of the State.

Light at the end of the tunnel for Nigeria - Pastor Kumuyi

The general superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor William Kumuyi, has urged Nigerians to be prayerful and patient because there is “light at the end of the tunnel.”

The revered man of God further urged Christians to pray for the peace, stability and development of the country.

Speaking on Sunday, April 16, 2017 at the end of a three-day national Easter retreat at the Deeper Life Conference Centre, Km 42, along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, in Ibafo, Ogun state, Kumuyi called on Nigerians to show more love to one another and live in peace irrespective of religious, tribal and political differences.

In his message titled: ‘Conquering with the Crucified King’, Kumuyi said: “We should live in peace with one another; if there is no peace, there is not much we can achieve as a nation.
“Every section of the society should embrace peace so that the nation can move forward; and with our faith in the Lord, things will turn around and change for the better.”

He also advised people not to commit suicide saying that was not the way out of the present economic hardship the country is currently facing.
“We should not give up, we should not lose hope. People who are taking their lives don’t need to do that because there will always be light at the end of the tunnel.
“When someone had taken his or her life before the light breaks, how would he or she enjoy what the Lord is going to do for the nation?
“I want to encourage everyone to have hope in the Lord because things are going to turn around positively,” he said while assuring Christians and Nigerians at large that the present economic recession and security challenges facing the country would soon come to an end.

86 year Old Man Gives $400,000 Life Time Savings To Charity

An 86 year old man has made a difference in his local Georgia community by giving up $400,000 he made from recycling to charity.

Jennings first began collecting newspapers and paper goods in the mid-1980’s when his son was young and he wanted to teach him the importance of having healthy financial habits in his life. So the two-some would go out at least once a week and collect and sell papers. And the profit that they earned together from their efforts would go into a special savings account for his only son Brent.

After years of collecting and saving, Brent, the son of Johnny Jennings stated that he had enough for a down payment for his first home when he was ready to purchase one.

The wonderful life lesson left a lasting impression on Brent and also encouraged his father to continue recycling whenever he could. So for the past 32 years, long after his son has been out of his home, the 86-year-old has continued to do so and donate every penny to a charity dear to his heart, the Georgia Baptist Children’s Home and Family Ministries.

As a teen, Jennings first went to the home. Saying that, “When I was 18-years-old, I visited the children’s home and we had a meal with the people there.” But, “As we got up to leave, three little boys grabbed me around the knee and asked me to be their daddy.” A heartbreaking request that he couldn’t fulfill at such a young age, but “From that point on, I did all I could.” Like providing them with food, clothes and “whatever they could use.”
And after all these years and nine million dollars worth of recyclable product he’s been able to contribute about $400,000.
The President of Georgia Baptist Children’s Homes & Family Ministries, Kenneth Thompson said, “Johnny Jennings is one of the most gracious individuals I have ever met. I have always admired his quiet, humble spirit, his commitment to helping others and most of all, his love for the children in our care.”
Adding in “We are so blessed to have someone of his character dedicated to serving our ministry.”

American Pastor Pays For The Freedom Of Over 200 ISIS Sex Slaves In Partnership With Underground Rescuers In Iraq.

This American pastor deals with smugglers—and he has saved hundreds of lives because of that.

Bill Devlin, a pastor at Infinity Bible Church in the Bronx, New York City, has made it his personal mission to rescue women and children taken as sex slaves by the Islamic State (ISIS), according to The Christian Post.
In the last few years, Devlin has visited Iraq many times to help Iraqi refugees displaced from their homes by ISIS invaders.

Two Yazidi sisters, who escaped from ISIS captivity, find shelter at the Sharya refugee camp on the outskirts of Duhok province, Iraq on July 3, 2015.
Last year as part of his mission, he partnered with an underground network of smugglers in northern Iraq. In April 2016, he flew to Iraq and handed over $1,500 to help a displaced Yazidi husband and son pay for the costs of helping their wife and mother escape from ISIS captivity,
He returned to the U.S. after that but came back to Iraq last August and December, again giving money to help two other families pay for rescuers to free their loved ones from ISIS detention.
Devlin said three more enslaved girls were rescued with his financial support.
That network has so far rescued more than 200 minority children and women from ISIS captivity.
Devlin said compassion for fellowmen facing dire circumstances compels him to act. “My motivation was that I have three daughters of my own. If my daughters were being held captive by a terrorist organisation and I approach someone and said that I am rescuing girls, I would want them to say, ‘I’ll join you,'” he told The Christian Post.

The pastor said he has secured the pledges of American donors who are willing to provide funds needed to help Iraqi families pay for the costs of rescuing their loved ones.
Devlin made it clear though that the network is not paying ransom to ISIS, saying that the money is only used to pay the rescuers for their efforts.

In January, The Independent reported that a secret underground network operating in Iraq and Syria has freed more than 3,000 Yazidi women held captive by ISIS.
The network was set up by Kurdish and Christian civilians together with other ethnic minorities and families of the victims, according to the charity group NGO Yazda.
“This is a group made up of all ethnicities working together on the ground. I know of more than five different groups collaborating, some are rescuing from Mosul, some from Raqqa, every group is working in different places,” Yazda director Ahmed Burjus told The Independent.

In August 2015, CBN News reported another rescue group called Liberation of Christian and Yazidi Children of Iraq. It is led by a Jewish man from Canada named Steve Maman who said he was inspired by Oskar Schindler, the German businessman who rescued more than 1,200 Jews from the Nazis during World War II.

Maman had rescued nearly 130 victims of enslavement by the time his exploits were reported.
